Our Transgender Wellbeing Hub opened on 9 May 2022, offering a social space, a listening ear and face to face psychotherapy to Transgender, Non-Binary, and those who identify as gender diverse.

There is a distinct lack of services for Transgender and gender diverse people in Cumbria, our geography makes anything which is available difficult to access for most people and our location also makes it difficult and costly to access services provided out of county. We are therefore delighted to be able bring this due to funding from The National Lottery Awards for All funding .

We are open for drop in between 2-6pm every Monday (except Bank Holidays), where our trained counsellor and project worker(s) will be there to welcome you.

Social evenings, clothing giveaway/swap days, and outings are also organised and advertised via the Hub. 

We also have a Discord group that can be accessed when you attend the Hub you can then be added to this which is a good way to keep in touch with your peers in a safe space that is monitored.
